Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises was created to help filter out the useless clutter permeating the Internet. When we started our business in 1999, it seemed like anyone with a Web site could represent themselves in any way imagined. Naturally, it seemed there was a lot of companies that misrepresented their size, ability and qualifications for providing goods and services. As a result, the concept of the CHE Network materialized, with Cenicola-Helvin Enterprises owning and operating a variety of Web sites that would uphold a certain standard. As people need options, we've created alternatives to such Web sites as eBay, GoDaddy and Engadget. Our most prominent asset remains BannerView.com, our E-Business brand under which we offer solutions ranging from Web site development, email marketing and e-commerce systems to custom online database applications and Web site hosting with maintenance.

We also believe that our company has shown tremendous determination by being able to grow as much as we have with very little equity financing. The fact that we completed development of a brand new data center facility using only the resources available to the founders and the ability to be agile and with limited resources supports that contention.
